Saw It. Pinned It. Did It.

Hey y'all! We're linking up again this week for Saw It. Pinned It. Did It. with Steph and Katie.

Since it's almost December and we're all getting in gear for the holiday season, it's definitely time for a Christmas craft! I LOVE getting Christmas cards in the mail every year, but I've never had a way to display them. I came across this pin on Pinterest and decided to make something similar for myself. Here's what I came up with:

I found the Merry Christmas sign at Old Time Pottery and bought the ribbon at Hobby Lobby. Just figure out what length you want the ribbon, cut it, and hot glue it to the back of the sign. That's it--easiest Christmas craft ever!! I still need to buy some cute clothespins to attach the cards to the ribbon (yes, I'm just holding up the card in the first picture ha!). Any idea where I can find some mini clothespins to use? I wish I had more cards to give you an idea of what it'll look like once it's full of cards. Hope y'all like it! Can't wait to see everyone else's Saw It. Pinned It. Did It. posts for this week!

  1. This is such a wonderful idea! I spent so much time last year during the holidays trying to find a wire thing to display cards. I wish I had done this instead!

  4. You should try it, Amy! I originally bought the sign to just display somewhere until I saw that pin. It's such an easy way to display all of your cards :)

  5. Just buy some cheap clothespins on the laundry isle at Wal-Mart or Target, then spray them w/ glitter paint!! :)

  6. OK I totally need to do this. I NEVER have anywhere to put my cards either so I end up shoving them in the mini blinds lol. So ghetto, I know. How simple and cute!! Thank you for linking up with us!
